Cook Irina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious cupcake in a cup in 5 minutes in the microwave, which turns out tall and airy.
Ingredients:
- banana - 1 pc.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- milk - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 3 tbsp.
- honey - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- leavening agent - 1/3 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mash banana well with a fork, add egg, milk, vegetable oil, mix everything well.
2. Combine flour and baking powder in a bowl, add to dry wet ingredients, 1 teaspoon honey and mix well.
3. Cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
