Ingredients:
- potatoes - 8-9 pcs.
- garlic - 1 tooth.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- spices: 1 tsp. paprika, 1/3 tsp. oregano, 1/3 tsp. curry.
Sauce:
- sour cream
- pickled cucumber
- mustard in grains
- greens
- onions
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes, cut into wedges, add spices, mix and leave for 30 minutes.
