Crispy homemade bagels with jam for tea: we tell you what ingredient you need to add to the dough

The simplest homemade pastries for tea are bagels, which can be made with cottage cheese and sour cream dough. Cooks advise adding vodka to the dough to make the pastries very crispy.

Cook Yulia shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, crispy bagels with jam, made with sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 290 g
  • sugar - 50 g
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • vegetable oil (82%) - 100 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Add sugar, salt, baking powder to the sifted flour. Mix and add the cooled butter, grind into crumbs, add the egg, sour cream and knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

2. Then take out the dough and divide it into 2 parts and roll each one out, cut out triangles, put jam or other filling and wrap the bagel.

3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle the cooled bagels with powdered sugar!
