Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for delicious baked potatoes with cheese and sour cream sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- potatoes
- parmesan cheese
For the sauce:
- sour cream
- dill
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, boil and cut the potatoes in half.
2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, put grated cheese on it and then potato halves on top and bake.
3. For the sauce, mix sour cream, finely chopped dill, salt and pepper.
Serve the potatoes with the sauce!
