The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for crispy baked potatoes in a rustic way, with spices and oil.
Ingredients:
- potatoes
- spices (paprika, salt, pepper)
- oil – 3 tbsp.
- water – 1.5 liters
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into 4 slices. Bring the water to a boil and put the potatoes in, boil for 3-5 minutes.
2. Drain the water and add the spices and oil to the potatoes.
3. Put the potatoes in a preheated 200-degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
4. For the sauce: mix mayonnaise with mustard, add lemon juice, and grated pickle.
