Cottage cheese is a very healthy and tasty product that can be used to make pies, cheesecakes, casseroles, and cheesecakes. Cottage cheese goes very well with berries, fruits, honey, and nuts, and it can also be used to bake apples.

Cook Olha Matvii shared on her YouTube channel a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese pie that turns out to be very tender and flavorful.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • Cottage cheese – 1 kg
  • Butter – 140 g
  • Powdered sugar – 140 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 300 g
  • Baking powder – 2 tsp.

Filling:

  • Cottage cheese – 1 kg
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Powdered sugar for cottage cheese – 240 g
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp.
  • Milk – 750 ml
  • Pudding – 2 packages

Method of preparation:

1. Mix eggs with powdered sugar and soft butter. Add the sifted flour and baking powder, mix and knead the dough.

2. Put the dough on a surface, knead it well, and gather it into a ball. Then place the dough on a baking sheet, making sides.

3. Filling: mix cottage cheese with eggs, add powdered sugar and sugar, and mix until smooth. Mix the lemon juice, milk, and pudding, and beat with a blender.

4. Put the finished filling on the dough and bake the cake for 30-40 minutes at 180 C.
