Chicken fillet with pesto sauce: it will be very juicy and tasty
Chicken fillet is an ideal product for cooking delicious chops and cutlets, and it can also be added to salads and simply baked with vegetables and stewed in sauces.
Cook Iryna shared a recipe for a delicious fillet with pesto sauce and tomatoes on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets
- salt, pepper
- 2 tbsp. l. pesto sauce
- tomatoes
- 150-170 g of mozzarella
Method of preparation:
1. Make deep diagonal cuts in the chicken fillet crosswise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and rub on both sides.
2. Spray a baking dish with olive oil, place the fillets and brush well with the pesto sauce, getting into the cuts.
3. Put the tomatoes on top and bake at 180-190 C for about 20-25 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake for another 15-20 minutes!
