Cherry pie in 15 minutes, with no need to make the dough: the fastest recipe from the cook
Homemade pies are best made with ready-made dough. The filling can be of any berries, fruits and even custard.
- Puff pastry (not yeast) - 250 g
- Cherries - 400 gr
- Starch - 1-2 tbsp.
- Powdered sugar - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Do not defrost the dough, roll out and place in a parchment-lined mold.
2. Mix the starch with the cherries and powdered sugar. Place the cherries on the dough, make a grid of dough on top and brush with the egg.
3. Bake the pie for 15 minutes at 180 C.
