Culinarian Olha Matvey shared a recipe on her YouTube channel for a delicious cherry pie made of puff pastry that takes 15 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry (not yeast) - 250 g
- Cherries - 400 gr
- Starch - 1-2 tbsp.
- Powdered sugar - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Do not defrost the dough, roll out and place in a parchment-lined mold.
