Ingredients:
- Iceberg lettuce / Romaine lettuce
- Arugula / Mixed greens
- Cherry tomatoes
- Quail eggs
- Parmesan cheese
- Bread
- Shrimp
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Paprika
- Salt
- Lemon
Ingredients for the sauce:
- Boiled egg yolks - 2 pcs.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1-2 tsp.
- Parmesan cheese - 10-15 g
- Fish sauce - 2-3 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Sauce: put the yolks in a blender, add mustard, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, fish sauce, garlic, and olive oil.
