Kyiv cutlets are a very tasty and satisfying dish that almost every housewife knows how to cook. In the classic version, the dish is made from fillet, but it can also be made from minced meat.
Cook Ksenia shared a recipe for delicious and budget-friendly Kyiv-style cutlets with herbs and butter on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Butter - 170 g
- Dill - 10 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves.
- Flour - 100 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs - 1.5 packages
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the greens, mash the butter with a fork, add it to the greens along with the grated garlic, and mix.
2. Add the spices to the minced meat, mix, put on cling film, put butter in each cutlet, wrap, and freeze.
3. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, and roll in breadcrumbs.
4. Fry on both sides.
