Baked mackerel in sour cream: the fish will be very juicy and soft
Mackerel can be deliciously marinated, salted, baked with vegetables and sauces. To prevent the fish from having an unpleasant odor, culinary experts advise removing the bones from the fish.
The chef shared a recipe for baked mackerel with lemon, spices, and sour cream on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- mackerel
- lemon
- spices for fish
- sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the mackerel from the insides and cut into portions.
2. Put the fish on the foil, brush with sour cream and sprinkle with spices, insert lemon slices between the fish pieces and wrap the fish in foil.
3. Put the fish on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes at 190 C.
