Ukrainian dubbing director Oleksa Nehrebetskyi (real name Leonid Dmytrenko) compared the young singer Klavdia Petrivna to the American artist Taylor Swift. He believes that the Ukrainian singer is not inferior to the world's richest singer in her creativity.

Moreover, he made her an offer to start singing in the jazz style. At the same time, Nehrebetskyi admitted in an exclusive interview with OBOZ.UA that he is not interested in the music of American Taylor Swift and does not evoke any emotions.

"I've known Taylor Swift for a long time (laughs), I just never listened to her! And when I did, she didn't evoke any emotions in me. Maybe because I am a person of a different culture, not an American, and Americans like her. Taylor Swift is not inferior to Klavdia Petrivna (laughs), it's just that Klavdia Petrivna in our conditions is something fresh, new, an interesting voice, an approach. And with the proper work of the producers, she could grow into a very popular and original singer," the director shared his thoughts.

He also added that he would like to listen to Klavdia Petrivna in the blues style. Earlier, the artist has already sung in jazz style on the show "House of Recording". The young vocalist performed the song "Draw Me a Night" by Myroslav Skoryk. The backing band was Freedom-jazz, a female cover band founded by Olena Koliadenko in 2008.

"I would like her to sing the blues. I don't know how it will be, because who will teach her to sing it? And who in our country will pay money for it? Very few people in our country like the blues," Nehrebetskyi said.

It should be noted that the dubbing director and translator Oleksa Nehrebetskyi can be recognized by the TV series Alf, Thomas the Tank Engine and His Friends, Teletubbies, and the animated films Cars, "Shrek, Hunting Season, Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, feature films The Third Man, Alien Paul, and several Marvel superhero and Transformers movies.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that Oleksa Nehrebetski revealed the secret of filming scenes that capture the viewer's attention and have long become crown jewels in Hollywood films. He argues that cinematography has become a craft for many cameramen, and certain angles and locations are time-tested, so you can often find similar locations in different films.
