The wife of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy hates to do this, but is ready to make concessions. The public figure said this in an interview published on YouTube by the Office of the President of Ukraine.
In one of his conversations with journalists, Volodymyr Zelensky revealed that after his victory, he really wants to catch carp in the Dnipro River.
"That's interesting about the carp. I'll answer it like this: I hate cleaning fish. I never do it of my own free will. In our family, my dad is very fond of fishing, but it has long been said that those who love to catch fish should love to clean and fry them," Olena Zelenska said.
She is ready to support her husband and sacrifice her principles for the joy of Ukraine's victory.
"I'll tell you this: when Volodymyr catches that carp of his on the Dnipro, I promise to clean and cook it, because it will be a sign that everything is over - victory has come. In the meantime, I'll be thinking of recipes to make with it," the first lady joked.
