"There's propaganda in her head". A Ukrainian actor who starred in Bairak revealed the true face of the director

The fact that Bayrak moved to Russia became known last summer.

Popular Ukrainian actor Kostiantyn Kostyshyn, who is currently serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, spoke about his attitude to film director Oksana Bairak, who fled to Russia after the invasion and is now working for Russian propaganda channels. The artist once starred in the films of a cheerleader.

According to Kostyshyn, Bairak has always admired Russian artists. The actor explains her pro-Russian position by saying that "there is propaganda in her head."

"I only acted in her projects a few times," Kostyshyn says. "They were small roles, very short. I remember she even gave me something as a souvenir after one day of shooting. But at the same time, I saw not only her kindness but also something else – she preferred to work with Russian actors. And not only her - many producers thought that our actors were just so-so, while Russians were a cool school. I strongly disagree with that. They imposed Moscow actors, and ours were just cast in secondary roles."

"As for Bairak, I honestly didn't follow her work, but I can confirm that she sincerely admired Russians," the actor adds, "I remember even writing a letter in support of Dmitry Kharatyan when he was banned from entering Ukraine. There was cotton wool in my head, which, unfortunately, multiplied. And over time, her position emerged."
