The audience decided on the winner

The final of the first European season of The Voice 13 was won by 25-year-old Ukrainian Armed Forces veteran Mykhailo Panchyshyn, who goes by the call sign Ptashkin. In the grand final, he competed with another warrior vocalist, Yuriy Gorodetsky, but Ukrainians gave the majority of their votes to the singer-songwriter.

The winner did not react too emotionally to his victory, as he was not prepared for such shocking good news. OBOZ.UA followed the broadcast and conducted a text online broadcast of the most exciting events of the grand final.

Yuriy Gorodetsky, the silver medalist of The Voice final, emotionally addressed the Armed Forces and his family. He thanked his wife and called for the expulsion of Russians from Ukrainian land, and then singing together.

Mykhailo Panchyshyn briefly summarized that the Ukrainian Armed Forces won both the vocal competition and the battlefield.

We would like to remind you that the final was opened by 18-year-old participant from Nadia Dorofeeva's team, Mayramik Avoyan, with the song Euphoria. This song won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2012 for Swedish star Lauryn.

We also told you about the performance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier Yuriy Gorodetsky, who performed a tender composition by Kvitka Tsisyk. OBOZ.UA also wrote how the youngest finalist of the project, Vladyslav Pelykh, who comes from a small, now-occupied town in Zaporizhzhia, sang.

As OBOZ.UA wrote, the performance of Ivan Klymenko and Anastasia Chaban was called the most powerful on the project, but the participant did not make it to the final. Let's recall how she performed and how the audience reacted.
