Yudashkin died at the age of 59

Famous Russian fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin, who had been battling severe cancer, has died at the age of 59. The cause was most likely cancer or complications. The cause of death has not yet been officially announced.

This was reported by Russian propagandists from Channel One. Valentin Yudashkin would have turned 60 in October.

When the designer was 52, he noticed constant headaches. Every year, the Russian had his health checked at an American clinic in Los Angeles until doctors diagnosed him with cancer.

First, Yudashkin learned about kidney cancer, and later metastases were found in his head.

"In the beginning, it was kidney cancer. Because of the kidney cancer, the metastases went throughout the body, and very quickly - they spread in about a year," Yudashkin said.

Every year, the Russian was treated abroad and then returned to Russia to work on his collections. He presented the last one in 2022. By the way, it featured Ukraine's traitor Taisiya Povaliy.

It is worth noting that Yudashkin was one of the main designers of the Russian army's uniforms. He ignored the genocide of Ukrainians, which led to his exclusion from the Paris Fashion Week programme in 2022. The late designer also personally accepted awards from Russian dictator Putin.

As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, on April 30, Soviet and Russian couturier Vyacheslav Zaitsev, who was friends with Yudashkin, died. The fashion designer died at the age of 86.
