"If I talk like that, hit me!" Another star gave an example of Oksana Marchenko's insincerity

Popular TV presenter and actress Dasha Tregubova admitted that she considers former Ukrainian TV presenter and "expatriate" Oksana Marchenko to be too arrogant and insincere. She recalled one of the Viva! magazine awards, which made her realize the unpleasant nature of the wife of former MP Viktor Medvedchuk, who is accused of treason.

From Dasha Tregubova's interview on Alina Dorotiuk's YouTube channel, it is clear that the two TV hosts hardly ever communicated, but only occasionally crossed paths at various events. During one such event, Tregubova realized that Oksana Marchenko was insincere and somewhat insidious.

"We crossed paths at events. It was "Viva! The Most Beautiful" or "Viva! Ball" and I remember that at the end, Oksana came out and was given an award. She was giving a speech... I really dislike, and I feel it well, any insincerity," Tregubova recalled.

According to the actress, Marchenko put herself above the others, and gave herself the status of the best star in Ukrainian show business. She emphasized her "importance to society" by using a lowered voice tone, which unnerved Tregubova.

"Oksana took it [the award - Ed.] upon herself as a 'mother'. She just said it like that [Tregubova lowered her voice]. And it makes my eye twitch. If I ever start talking like that again, please hit me, you can't do that. You can't do that. I understand that every nation needs some kind of leaders, but they shouldn't be people in white coats that they just bought yesterday at Dolce & Gabana," the TV presenter said.

Volodymyr Zavadiuk, a producer of many popular projects on 1+1 and STB TV channels, also spoke about Oksana Marchenko's insincerity. In 2018, the TV presenter took part in the project "Dancing with the Stars," giving the impression of a patriot of Ukraine and a calm, adequate person. She spoke Ukrainian and protested against the Russian language on the show. Later, after leaving "Dancing with the Stars," Marchenko said that she had agreed to participate only to "make a splash in this swamp," and in 2023, after her husband was accused of treason, she went to Russia and seemed to have forgotten about the Ukrainian language altogether.
