Tens of thousands of people around the world have taken up arms against the controversial American rapper P. Diddy, whose real name is Sean Diddy Combs after the artist was arrested on suspicion of sex trafficking and racketeering. A trend is actively spreading on social media, where users post videos to the updated lyrics of the popular song "TiK ToK" by Kesha.
The original version of the track contained the phrase: "I wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy". However, when details of the producer's criminal activities surfaced, the lyrics were changed: "I wake up in the morning feeling this city. I take my glasses, walk out the door and want to punch P. Diddy". The new version of the hit became very popular among the audience.
On their TikTok pages, users share videos of themselves imitating the scandalous rapper. Almost 30 thousand people have already made videos based on the trend.
In addition, Kesha herself did not neglect the opportunity to share the video for the updated track, which has already gained more than 11 million likes.
It's worth noting that the hit is spreading not only on social media. The celebrity has included a reworked version of "TiK ToK" in her concert program. Fans of her work are already actively "rocking out" to the updated song.
On September 16, the Department of Homeland Security arrested rapper Sean Combs at the Park Hyatt Hotel in New York, USA. The detention took place against the backdrop of lawsuits over sexual assault by him, most of which took place at "white parties."
According to an insider, the festivities were attended by two categories of people: celebrities and ordinary girls. The former appeared at the events in white outfits from the best fashion brands, while the latter wore only swimsuits. The girls walked freely around the party area until one of the rich invited them to a "private party".
The first lawsuit against the artist was filed by his ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura. She claimed that during his debauched celebrations, P. Diddy was repeatedly abused. Over time, lawyer Tony Buzbee, representing the prosecutors, said that he had been approached by more than 3,280 people who claimed to have been victims of Sean Diddy's activities. He said that the youngest of the victims could have been 9 years old.
