In 2023, the Swedish singer Loreen won the Eurovision Song Contest, which means that Sweden will host the contest next year. The organisers have already chosen Malmö as the city to host two semi-finals and the grand final of the international singing battle.

The relevant information is posted on the website of the European Broadcasting Union. It is known that this will be the third time the contest will be held in Malmö. Previously, musicians and Euro fans gathered there in 1992 and 2013. The last time, by the way, was also after Loreen's victory.

As for the dates, the semi-finals are scheduled for 7 and 9 May 2024, while the grand final is on 11 May.
