Already long silent about the war in Ukraine: it became known where is Nadiya Meiher, whose husband is a Russian
The famous Ukrainian singer Nadiya Meiher openly condemned the Russian aggression immediately after the full-scale invasion on February 24, despite the fact that her husband is a Russian. However, for more than nine months the artist has been silent about the war, which seems incomprehensible to many fans. The star's whereabouts were also unknown. Until recently.
Where one of the main ex-participants of the cult group "VIA Gra" now lives - "spilled" the photographer, who conducted a photo shoot for Meiher. Backstage from the shooting, the girl shared in her InstaStories.
Thus, Meiher posed for Ukrainian photographer Alina Kvitka. She did it in Venice, Italy.
"Today in Venice shot the beautiful Nadiya Meiher," signed selfies with the star Kvitka.
It is worth noting that the last post about the war in Ukraine the artist published on August 3, 2022. Before that, she was actively engaged in social media, talking about charitable initiatives and atrocities of the occupiers to her huge army of fans. Moreover, she wrote texts in Ukrainian. Then there was a long pause, which lasted until May 12, 2023. In the only post for the last nine months the celebrity promoted her own clothing brand. She did it, by the way, also in Ukrainian.
We should add, since 2014, Meiher is married to a Russian businessman Mikhail Urzhumtsev, with whom she raises two daughters together. The man is the general director of the Russian company Melon Fashion Group, whose office is located in St. Petersburg. According to some reports, back in 2016 Urzhumtsev moved to his beloved in Kyiv.
Mikhail's position has never been commented on by the artist. Whether he continues to develop his business in the terrorist country is unknown.
Last June, OBOZREVATEL wrote that Mikhail Urzhumtsev described how Melon Fashion Group, of which he is the CEO, would exist in conditions of a full-scale war. The entrepreneur was convinced that his business would be fine. Read more in our material.
