Brief biography

Yaroslav Zheleznyak was born on October 20, 1989 in Mariupol.

Yaroslav Zheleznyak received higher education at the Institute of Law of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and later - at the Institute of International Relations under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, where he successfully received a master's degree in 2013.

He teaches at the Kyiv School of Economics. In addition, for a long time Yaroslav Zheleznyak worked in the international company Anheuser-Busch Inbev, where he served as an advisor on government relations.

Yaroslav Zheleznyak began his political and government career as an adviser to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv.

He also worked as a pro bono adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman.

In the Ukrainian early parliamentary elections, which were held in 2019, Yaroslav Zheleznyak ran for MPs on the lists of the political force "Golos" Svyatoslav Vakarchuk. After the victory of "Golos" in the elections, he received the mandate of people's deputy of Ukraine of the ninth convocation.
