Occupants attacked Mykolaiv on February 7

On the morning of February 7, the enemy attacked Mykolaiv using Shahed-136/131 unmanned aerial vehicles and air-launched missiles. One person was killed as a result of these attacks.

This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim. The attacks also damaged about 20 residential buildings and caused a fire at an underground gas pipeline.

A technical building on the territory of the infrastructure facility was damaged and a fire broke out. The fire has now been localized.

Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych also spoke about the situation as a result of the morning Russian shelling.

"There are damaged residential buildings. About 20 of them are without roofs. Damage to gas and water supply networks is already being repaired by the utility companies. There are wounded. One person is hospitalized. Others were treated on the spot. Our construction teams have already arrived. We will provide people with all the necessary assistance," the mayor said in a statement.

Later, Oleksandr said that the man who was hospitalized after the shelling died in intensive care. He had severe mine blast and craniocerebral injuries.

In addition, at night, three Shahed-136/131 UAVs were destroyed by air defense forces in the Mykolaiv region.
