During an aerial attack on Ukraine on the night of May 22, Russia fired many targets toward Dnipropetrovsk region. In the skies over the region, defenders shot down 15 drones and four cruise missiles, while enemy arrivals were also recorded.

Due to the actions of the Russian terrorists, the buildings of the rescue unit and enterprise, residential buildings and vehicles were damaged, eight people were injured. "This night, defenders from the Vostok air command shot down 15 drones and four cruise missiles over our region. Just the best. Thank you! However, unfortunately, there are also arrivals," the official wrote.

According to him, a 27-year-old man was injured in the Dnipro district because of a rocket attack. He is in hospital in a condition of moderate severity.

Several buildings of the rescue unit were damaged. Two fires broke out, which have already been extinguished. As a result of the actions of the aggressor more than 10 trucks and cars were destroyed, the same number of units of special equipment was damaged. 25 private cars and two buses were smashed.

A hit was also recorded on a private enterprise in Dnipro, where three buildings were damaged.

A UAV fell in Illarionivska community of Sinelnikovskiy district, they also found fragments of a missile there.

"Seven people were injured. Women aged 52 and 70 are in the hospital," Lysak noted.

He added that three private houses and nine apartment buildings were hit. Also - a kindergarten, stores and administrative buildings. Six cars were smashed.

"The survey of the area continues," the head of the Regional military administration assured.

As OBOZREVATEL reported, on the night of May 21, Russia also attacked Dnipropetrovsk region with drones. Then all the enemy drones were eliminated by the military from the Vostok air command.
