On the night of June 15, the aggressor country Russia launched a missile strike against the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. Three enemy cruise missiles were recorded hitting industrial facilities in Kryvyi Rih, where fires broke out and a man was injured.

It should be noted that the air alert in Dnipropetrovsk region lasted from 02:58 to 04:52. Around four in the morning the head of the military administration of Kryvyi Rih stated about explosions in the city.

In the morning, the Air Force noted that Russia, among other things, attacked Ukraine with four X-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles from the Caspian Sea, one of which was defused by air defense forces. According to the military, the others hit industrial facilities in Dnipropetrovsk Region.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration Sergiy Lysak confirmed that the enemy hit two industrial enterprises in Kryvyi Rih. As a result of the actions of war criminals from the Russian Federation, a 38-year-old man was wounded and hospitalized in moderate condition.

"One missile was shot down by our air defense. The debris damaged the vehicle. Also during the night, soldiers from the East air command destroyed all five Shahed-131/136 type attack drones in the sky over the region," the official added.

According to Oleksandr Vilkul, the situation in Kryvyi Rih after the Russian attack is controlled. He specified that three Russian missiles, probably X101/555, hit two industrial enterprises that had nothing to do with the military. The fourth missile was shot down by air defense forces.
"A 38-year-old worker of one of the enterprises is in hospital in moderate condition, his life is not threatened. Thank you to the workers of the enterprises, who took cover after the air-raid alert was declared, which left them unharmed." said the head of the military administration of the city.
He stressed that the damage is significant. On the morning of the State Emergency Service and emergency services quickly extinguished the fires, the elimination of the consequences continues.
"All important infrastructure, public transport, social and medical institutions of the city are working steadily," he said, warning citizens about the planned explosion at one of the quarries, scheduled for 12:00.
