A well-known former footballer of Dynamo Kyiv, Oleksandr Aliyev, posted a photo of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on his Instagram. In the picture, the former midfielder of the Ukrainian national team in full uniform is shooting from a machine gun in a trench.

"At the exercises," Aliyev laconically captioned the picture.

In the comments, Oleksandr's followers were surprised that he was studying. In response, the ex-footballer wrote that "you always need to learn".

As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, the day before, Oleksandr Aliyev said that for the second time since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, he had received a summons to report to the Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support.

The former athlete posted an emotional video of himself sending a message to the military enlistment office on his Instagram.

Aliyev signed up for the Territorial Defence of Kyiv in Obolon from the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion.
