A magnetic storm will overtake the Earth at Easter: how to reduce the negative impact on health

On Easter, April 16, the Earth will be hit by another magnetic storm this month. Such events have a negative impact on human health, so it is important to be prepared for them.

According to the weather website Meteoagent, the magnetic storm, the third in April, will last two days. Its strength will reach 4 points, i.e., the average power level.

As you know, magnetic storms are fluctuations of the protective dome of the Earth - the geomagnetic field, caused by solar flares.

When they occur, people feel headaches and dizziness, nausea, high blood pressure, pain in muscles and joints, insomnia or drowsiness, severe weakness and exacerbation of chronic diseases.

In order to reduce the negative effects on health, you should drink more fluids, especially herbal and green tea.

It is important to give up coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, and hookah. Experts recommend reducing the amount of fried, spicy and fatty foods. Instead, incorporate more seasonal vegetables and greens into your diet.

It will also be useful to increase physical activity - walk, and spend more time outdoors.

Of course, it is good to try to be less nervous, and before going to bed take a contrast shower.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL, in the second half of April 2023, after Easter, the Earth will be covered by two more magnetic storms, one of which will be powerful and the other - average. Weather-independent people should pay attention to their well-being and follow the advice of experts these days.
