Ukrzaliznytsia has introduced a new online service for relatives of wounded soldiers that allows them to make special reservations for tickets. To do this, you need to provide the wounded relative's military ID card and a document confirming the relationship.

This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia. "Our medical trains continue to evacuate wounded Ukrainian defenders. They are fully autonomous and equipped with everything necessary for safe transportation and medical care," the statement said.

Until now, due to safety and medical requirements, there were no seats for relatives of wounded soldiers on such trains. This aspect has often been a problem for families who want to be close to their loved ones during their transportation.

To solve this problem, Ukrzaliznytsia has introduced a new online service that allows relatives of wounded soldiers to apply for special tickets if there are no tickets available at the time of the urgent transportation of their relatives. To do this, you need to:

• call the toll-free hotline number: 0800 503 222;
• fill out an application on a special page of the online service: services.uz.gov.ua/military.

When applying for a special reservation at the ticket office, you must provide the original or a copy of your wounded relative's combatant's certificate, as well as a document confirming your relationship .
