The new inexpensive 6th generation Subaru Forester crossover has been officially presented. The car belongs to the segment of popular models and competes with the Toyota RAV4. Details of the model's launch have become known.

The manufacturer said that European buyers will receive their new Subaru Forester 2024 in the fall. And in the United States, the model is already on sale. The American price of the Subaru Forester 6 starts at $31,090. The European price will be higher due to the hybrid powertrain already in the basic version.

The premiere of the new 6th generation Subaru Forester took place at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Production of the model will begin in the US state of Indiana at the Lafayette plant. The model will also continue to be produced in Gunma Prefecture in Japan.

The car received a completely new design. The front has a large grille trimmed in glossy black plastic. On the sides are headlights of an unusual shape. The taillights are connected by a thin horizontal strip.
