Ingredients for the pancake:

  • potatoes - 5-6 pcs. medium
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • flour - 1-2 tbsp
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Ingredients for the cutlet:

  • minced meat - 500 g
  • eggs - 1 pc. (I have 4 quail eggs)
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • salt, pepper

Ingredients for the mushroom sauce:

  • mushrooms - 10 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg - to taste
  • cream - 150 g (sour cream can be used)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • oil
  • grated hard cheese - 150-170 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt, pepper, and egg to the minced meat and mix everything.

2. Beat off the minced meat.

3. Fry a large cutlet.

4. Turn it over using two plates and fry on the other side.

5. Grate the potatoes with the onion.

6. Add salt, pepper, egg, sour cream and flour.

7. Mix everything together.

8. Fry the large potato pancake in a frying pan with oil on both sides.

9. Turn it over with two plates. Fry two pancakes.

10. Fry the chopped mushrooms in a frying pan with oil, add the chopped onion, and fry until tender.

11. Season with salt and pepper and add cream or sour cream.

12. Add the nutmeg and cook until the cream thickens.

13. Put the potato pancake, mushroom sauce, and cheese on the bottom of the mold.

14. Then put the meat cutlet, mushroom sauce, and cheese, and again the potato pancake, mushroom sauce, and cheese.

15. Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
