Usyk speaks out on his rivals

The unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) called himself the toughest opponent in both amateur and professional boxing. Our compatriot noted that he is constantly trying to surpass himself by doing his best in both training and in fights.

He said this in an interview with Boxing Insider. "The top three opponents I have faced in 372 fights as a professional and as an amateur? Easy: Usyk, Usyk, and Usyk. Always myself," the Ukrainian said.

We would like to remind you that on December 21, the 37-year-old native of Simferopol will have a rematch with Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs). In the first fight, Oleksandr defeated the Briton by split decision - 114:113, 113:114, 115:112 - and became the absolute world heavyweight champion.
