The new Mazda EZ-6 electric car of the 2025 model year was revealed earlier officially. This model got a spectacular modern design and decent performance. Now this model has been turned into a new low-cost car.

Changan Deepal SL03 is a Chinese car that is used as the basis for the new Mazda EZ-6. The production of the model will also be set up in China.

But the design is quite different. The car was made in the modern style of the Japanese company with a large panel instead of a false radiator grille and long headlights. Now the car has undergone another modernization and turned into a new inexpensive Changan Deepal L07.

There's a different front end design, changed decorative elements and detailing. The Changan Deepal L07 electric car is equipped with a 252 hp powertrain, while the hybrid will offer 218 hp.

In the former case, the range is expected to be 600 km, while in the latter case, the range is expected to be 1000 km. The price has not been announced yet, but for the Changan Deepal SL03 is asking for about 20,000 dollars. Most likely, the price will turn out to be the same.
