Fugitive Businessman Bogolyubov Linked to Luxury Croatian Radisson Hotel - media

The notorious former co-owner of PrivatBank, Gennadiy Bogolyubov, appears to have neglected to inform the High Court of London about his ties to a luxury Radisson hotel in Croatia, despite his obligation to disclose assets.

According to a report by Telegraph, it has been uncovered that several companies and their executives, closely associated with the former owners of PrivatBank, are co-owners and managers of the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split in Croatia.

This hotel is owned by three entities: AEDRO FINANCE LTD (a Belize offshore company), the Croatian firm MEMENTO d.o.o., and the Cypriot company OLBIA INVESTMENTS LIMITED. The latter is one of the debtors believed to be linked to individuals from the PrivatBank era of Bogolyubov and Kolomoisky and appears on the relevant list.

OLBIA INVESTMENTS LIMITED, through the offshore entity MERVINOX HOLDING LTD, is co-owned by Serhiy Disterhov, who is reportedly a "Bogolyubov’s man." The director of the companies that own and manage the hotel is Marianna Giannakou, who also manages a number of other assets within the Bogolyubov-Kolomoisky clan.

The Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split has been actively developing and was recently upgraded from a 4-star to a 5-star hotel. At present, it is not included in the list of properties subject to the High Court of London's so-called Freezing Order concerning the seizure of Kolomoisky-Bogolyubov assets. However, in light of the disclosed facts, the situation surrounding this asset warrants thorough examination.

Previously, the High Court of England issued a worldwide asset freeze order against Bogolyubov and Kolomoisky. The court also mandated that they disclose their assets and limited their weekly expenditure to 20,000 euros. Ihor Kolomoisky is currently in custody, while Hennadiy Bogolyubov recently left Ukraine using another person's passport.
