Homemade donuts are a very simple, tasty and light treat, especially for winter holidays. It's worth noting that they are easy to make, as all you need to do is prepare a successful yeast dough. For the filling, you can use any jam, berry puree, chocolate, or condensed milk.

Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml of warm water
  • 2 g of dry yeast
  • 20 g of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of odorless vegetable oil
  • 250 g of sifted flour
  • 1 g of vanilla

Method of preparation:

1. First, make the starter. Add yeast and sugar to water (35-40 degrees) and mix. Then add three tablespoons of flour from the total mass. Leave in a warm place for 10 minutes. Next, add oil and add flour in two stages. Knead a soft and elastic dough and put it into a greased container. Cover with cling film and put in a warm place for an hour.

2. Next, divide the dough into 12 pieces. Form balls from each piece. Put the balls on pieces of parchment. Put the filling in some donuts immediately.

3. For frying, you need 2/3 of a bottle of oil. Heat it to 175 degrees. Put the first portion of donuts in the frying pan directly with the parchment. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove the parchment from the oil while frying.

How long to deep-fry.

4. Put the hot donuts on napkins to remove excess fat. Then roll them in powdered sugar. Fill the empty donuts with other fillings using a churro piping tip right away. If you don't have it, make a deep hole in the donuts, put the filling in a pastry bag, make a cut in the bag and fill them.
