Ingredients for pancakes:
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- sugar – 1 tbsp.
- salt – 0.5 tsp
- flour – 200 g
- milk – 500 ml.
- oil – 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and salt until smooth.
2. Gradually add the sifted flour, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps.
3. Pour in the barely warm milk in portions while stirring.
4. Add the oil and mix thoroughly again.
5. Heat a dry frying pan (without oil) and cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
6. Put the pancakes on a plate.

- smoked and boiled chicken fillet – 100 g

Method of preparation:

3. Cook until all excess liquid has evaporated from the mushrooms.
4. Cut the chicken into small cubes, and grate the cheese.
5. Add the chopped fillet, cheese, and sour cream to the mushrooms and mix well.
6. Simmer for 5 minutes to mix all the ingredients well.
7. Put 2-3 tbsp of the filling in the middle of each pancake.
8. Roll the pancakes into a bag.
9. Secure the bag with a strip of cheese (you can warm it up for elasticity) or a green onion feather.
10. Before serving, the appetizer can be slightly warmed up in the oven to make the cheese viscous and flavorful.
