What, besides meat, to cook chops with: a very interesting and tasty idea

Did you know that chops can be made not only from pork, chicken, or other types of meat? This main dish can be made from many other products, opening up new worlds of flavors.

For example, the famous chef Vadym Brzezynskyi showed on Instagram what else can be used to make incredibly tasty chops. Instead of meat, he used ordinary crab sticks.

Ingredients

• Crab sticks – 250 g
• Hard cheese – 200 g
• Green onions – 50 g
• Sour cream – 2 tbsp
• Flour – 2 tbsp
• Egg – 1 pc.
• Garlic – 1 clove.
• Oil – 50 ml

Ingredients for breading

• Flour – 2 tbsp
• Egg – 1 pc.
• Breadcrumbs

Method of preparation

1. Grate the crab sticks and cheese on a coarse grater. Add the egg, chopped onion, flour, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper – mix well.

2. Shape into patties about 60-70 g each.

3. Bread each piece: first in flour, then in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

4. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
