Ingredients
- Chicken liver – 500 gr
- Carrot – 1 pc
- Onions – 1 pc
- Apples – 1 pc
- Cream – 100 ml
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter for the dough
Method of preparation
1. Put the liver in a baking dish and add butter.
2. Put the chopped vegetables next to the liver or in another baking dish and add the butter. Pour over the cream.
3. Bake at 180 degrees in the oven until tender.
4. Blend the liver and vegetables in a blender until smooth.
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
6. Transfer to a convenient serving container, or form sausages and send them to the refrigerator to harden.
