The idea of cooking juicy pork and chicken cutlets is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oksana Kostik (oksikostik). Also, don't forget about soaked bread.
Ingredients:
- minced pork - 700 g
- minced chicken - 300 g
- onion for minced meat - 1 pc.
- onions for frying - 1 pc.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- slices of bread (cover with water and squeeze)
- black pepper
- breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Add raw onion and one finely fried onion to the minced meat.
2. Blend everything in a blender bowl.
3. Add the squeezed bread, spices, and egg.
4. Beat off well.
5. Form patties and roll each in breadcrumbs.
6. Bake in oil in a frying pan.
7. Remove to a paper towel.
