Warm liver salad, with pear and cheese for dinner: the dish is prepared in 10 minutes
According to experts, liver is a very tasty, affordable and healthy product that everyone should eat. It can be stewed, fried, added to salads, and cooked with vegetables.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and easy-to-prepare liver salad with greens and pear.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of lettuce
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 ripe pear (1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp butter)
- 200 g of liver
- 50 g brie/camembert/dor blues
Sauce:
- 4-5 tbsp of oil
- 1 tbsp each of honey and lemon juice
- 1 tsp each of French and American mustard
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of Italian herbs
- nuts to decorate the salad
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the liver, roll it in flour, and fry until tender.
2. Caramelize the pears in butter and sugar.
3. Put the greens on the dish, top with the liver, pear, and cheese, and pour the sauce!
