Ingredients:
- beets
- carrot
- onion
- potatoes
- sauerkraut
- herring
- oil
- salt, pepper
- peas
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the vegetables, cut them into cubes, put them on a baking sheet, and bake.
2. Dice the herring fillet.
3. Put the vegetables in a bowl, add the chopped onion, herring, cabbage, peas, season with oil and mustard, and mix.
