Ingredients:
- refined vegetable oil - 200 ml
- chicken egg - 1 pc
- sugar - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- salt - 0.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Pour oil into a tall blender glass and add the egg, sugar, mustard and salt. Beat at maximum speed until the mixture becomes thick.
2. Taste, Add sugar, salt or lemon juice if needed, and whisk a little more.
3. Transfer to a suitable container and store in the refrigerator. It can be stored no more than 4-5 days!
