The large Toyota Avalon sedan for the 2024 model year has received a modernized version. This car is an inexpensive alternative to the Toyota Camry.
According to Autohome, the new engine will make it possible to offer customers a large and practical, but economical car. The 2-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine produces 173 hp.
In addition, the lineup will include a 231-horsepower hybrid powertrain based on a 2.5-liter engine. The units will be based on the Toyota Camry.
Another novelty is the equipment. The car will have a more modern multimedia system, and the diagonal of the central monitor will be increased. The trim will also be improved.
Visual changes of the new Toyota Avalon are limited to small decor, body paint, and wheel design. The sedan is larger than the Camry. The price of the Toyota Avalon 2024 is expected to be up to $30,000. So far, this sedan will go on sale in China by the end of summer.
