Thin milk-based pancakes are not always successful. Very often the batter tears right in the pan and then burns. Thus, to get the perfect result, use the following technique.

The idea of making perfect thin pancakes that won't tear apart is published on the Instagram page of food blogger ann.food. It is very important to avoid adding a lot of oil during frying so that the pancakes are not greasy.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • milk - 2 cups
  • flour - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • oil for greasing the pan (only for the first pancake)

Method of preparation:

1. Mix eggs, salt, sugar, and half of the milk (1 cup) in a bowl.

2. Sift in the flour and mix well until all the lumps disappear.

3. Pour in the remaining milk and mix until smooth.

4. Add oil and mix again.

5. Heat the pan well and grease it only once before the first pancake.

6. Fry the pancakes on both sides.
