Liver pate is a great option for a quick snack. It is in this form that the meat you need for the dish tastes best. To make the spread at home, you only need three ingredients.
The idea of making a delicate four-ingredient liver paste was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Karyna Kolisnichenko (blw.babies). Even children will like it.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver – 300 g
- onion – 1 pc.
- carrots – 100 g
- butter – 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion, and sauté in ghee until transparent.
2. Add finely grated carrots and sauté together for 5 minutes.
3. You can add salt, and a little black pepper for flavor.
4. Rinse the liver until it runs clear.
5. Slice and peel off the veins.
6. Put the vegetables in a bowl.
7. Put the liver in a frying pan, stirring constantly, and sauté for 7-8 minutes.
