A flavorful bacon and garlic spread is a great addition to any holiday table. You will definitely not go wrong if you make this appetizer, because absolutely everyone likes it. And most importantly, the ingredients are budget-friendly and all-natural.
The idea of making a delicious bacon spread was published on the Instagram page of chef Olha Riabenko. It is best served on toasted black bread.
Ingredients:
- lard – 200 g;
- garlic – 5 cloves;
- dill – 1 bunch;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- ground pepper – ½ tsp;
- favorite spices – to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the lard from the skin and cut into small cubes.
2. Put it in a blender.
3. Add garlic and dill and whisk until smooth.
4. Add paprika and pepper and beat again.
5. Transfer to a storage container and sprinkle with your favorite spices.
6. Serve with toasted black bread.
