The fluffiest homemade burger buns: what is the secret to the perfect dough

Ingredients
- milk - 300 ml
- sugar - 40 g
- dry yeast - 10 g
- flour - 500 g
- salt - 8 g
- butter - 60 g
- egg - 1 pc
Additional ingredients
- egg - 1 pc
- silk - 15 ml
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation
1. Add 1 tsp of sugar to the warm milk and yeast and mix well.
2. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes until a fluffy cap forms.
3. Pour the flour into a separate bowl, add sugar, salt, melted butter, egg and starter.
4. Knead the dough first with a spatula and then with hands on a floured surface.
5. Put the dough into a greased bowl, cover and leave to rise for 1-1.5 hours.
6. Knead a little and divide it into 8 equal balls.
7. Put the balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment, cover and leave for 30 minutes.
8. Brush with egg and milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
