Ingredients:

- refined vegetable oil - 60 ml.
- water - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 1 clove
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- salt - to taste
- vinegar - 1 tbsp or juice from half a lemon
Method of preparation:
1. Boil and peel the eggs.

3. Add garlic and mustard.
4. Add salt.
