- Buckwheat 1 cup
- Chicken meat or pork 300 g
- Onion 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Bell pepper 1 pc.
- Tomato 1 pc.
- Water 1,5-2 cups
- Salt, spices to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Onions and carrots cut and fry, add tomato, pepper, and garlic.
2. Fry the meat separately and add it to the vegetables.
3. Pour in the water and add the cereal, stir, and cook over high heat, covered, until all the water has evaporated.
