Fried potatoes with mushrooms are one of the easiest and most delicious dishes for a hearty autumn dinner. The dish is complemented by pickles and salads made from fresh and healthy vegetables and herbs.
The chef shared a recipe for fried carofel with mushrooms, onions, and sausages on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 1 kg.
- Oil - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 3 cloves.
- Bavarian sausages
- Dill - a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Cut potatoes, mushrooms and onions into slices.
2. Heat a frying pan, pour in the oil, and put the potatoes first, lightly fry, then add the onions and mushrooms, and fry everything together until tender. Add the spices.
3. Fry the sausages separately or add them to the potatoes.
Sprinkle with herbs and add garlic before serving!
