Ingredients
- Warm water – 200 ml
- Dry yeast – 6 g
- Sugar – 20 gr
- Salt – 5 grams
- Oil – 30 ml
- Flour – 320-340 g
- Yolk – 1 pc
- Sesame seeds
The method of preparation
1. Pour the yeast into warm water, and mix well.
2. Add sugar, salt, oil and sift the flour. Knead the dough. Put it in a bowl greased with oil, cover, and put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
3. Form 4 buns.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for 25 minutes until it increases in volume.
5. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
