How to cook buckwheat deliciously for dinner: a simple recipe for the whole family

The cook shared a recipe for delicious buckwheat with chicken and vegetables on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- buckwheat - 1/2 cup
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- boiling water or broth
- spices to taste
- oil for frying and for flavoring buckwheat
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the vegetables, and add the chicken fillet.
2. Add the washed buckwheat, quickly fry and add spices. Pour boiling water or broth, add butter for flavor, and cover for 15 minutes.
3. Add the cheese and cover for a few minutes. Sprinkle with herbs and serve!
